Services Description

Design Build Landscapes MN provides professional landscape design, installation, and maintenance services throughout the Twin Cities metro area in Minnesota. Our services include but are not limited to landscape design, hardscape installation, pool construction, outdoor living spaces, irrigation systems, and ongoing maintenance.

Project Agreements

All landscaping projects require a signed contract specifying the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and any applicable warranties. Project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Typically, a deposit is required to secure your project date. Progress payments may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.

Warranties

Design Build Landscapes MN provides workmanship warranties as specified in your project contract. Plant warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance by the client. Hardscape warranties vary by material and are detailed in your agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, obtaining necessary permits when required, ensuring site access for our crews, and maintaining newly installed landscapes according to provided care instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Design Build Landscapes MN's liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and renderings created by Design Build Landscapes MN remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients may not share or reproduce designs without written permission.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future projects at our discretion. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
